Description
The Economics program is designed for students interested in Economics Theory and/or in Empirical Economics, covering a wide range of applications such as public policy evaluation, market analysis, and regulation.
The program covers a broad range of topics, including Econometric Theory, Environmental and Development Economics, Finance, Game and Decision Theory, Industrial Organization and Digital Economics, International Economics, Labor Economics, Macroeconomics and Public Economics.
The first year is dedicated to advanced core courses, while students also take part in supervised research projects, gaining valuable initial experience in academic research. The second year offers specialization in various subfields of economics, allowing students to deepen their expertise and strengthen their research skills. The program is developed in partnership with HEC.
For students aiming to pursue a PhD after their master’s degree, the program is affiliated with a PhD track programs for early research immersion in Economics hosted by CREST. This PhD track program offers excellence scholarships and registration fee waivers.

Objectives
This master's degree aims to enable students to:

General admission prerequisites
Academic prerequisites
- Bachelor of Science in Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences or a similar field. A GRE certificate is strongly recommended to demonstrate the level of quantitative skills.
