Physics Program
| Master | 2 Years - 120 ECTS |
| Course Start | September |
| Languages | English / French |
| Location | Palaiseau Campus |
Description
The Physics program is designed for students interested in theoretical physics, mathematical physics, particle physics and astrophysics, nanosciences, optics, and plasma physics. It provides high-level training in both experimental and theoretical physics.
The first year of this program is structured into two tracks: general physics and high energy physics. The second year gives access to more specialized tracks in high energy, quantum, materials and nanosciences, quantum devices, physics of plasma and fusion, etc. This prestigious program relies on the Institut Polytechnique de Paris’s top-level research laboratories.
For students aiming to pursue a PhD after their master’s degree, the program is affiliated with four PhD track programs for early research immersion: Physics, Advanced materials, Quantum science and technologies, and Bioengineering and Quantitative Life Sciences. These PhD track programs offer excellence scholarships and registration fee waivers.
