At the age of 27, this doctoral student in the 3rd year of her thesis with EDF R&D, Inria (PREMEDICAL project team) and the Center for Applied Mathematics, has been awarded the L'Oréal-Unesco Jeunes Talents prize for women in science for her work on electricity market price prediction models.

Four years after its creation, Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris) has positioned itself as one of the world's leading higher education institutions in science and technology. After an initial phase dedicated to its creation and positioning under the presidency of Eric Labaye, the Institute is now entering the second phase of its development, dedicated to its acceleration and growth, reinforced by a reform of its governance. To lead this ambitious project, Professor Thierry Coulhon was officially appointed Acting Chairman of the Board of Institut Polytechnique de Paris on September 27.

This challenge is a simulation-based drone swarm programming competition, on topics with real impact!

She visited the Drahi X-Novation Center, the École Polytechnique incubator, and Télécom Paris. Camille Duprat, a professor at the Ecole Polytechnique and researcher at the Hydrodynamics Laboratory (LadHyX*), was awarded the ERC Consolidator grant in 2023 for her ElCapiTex research project.

Acquiring precise information on the structure of the cornea is essential to understanding its ability to maintain good visual acuity. A team from the Optics and Biosciences Laboratory (LOB*) has developed an original approach combining second harmonic generation microscopy and polarimetry to image the lamellar microstructure of human corneas. These results have been published in the journal Light: Science and Applications.
