Welcom’IP Paris 2025 — Color Run: A Vibrant Start to the New Academic Year

Organised to celebrate togetherness, diversity, and the student spirit that unites the six member schools, the event gathered students from across the Palaiseau, Évry, Champs-sur-Marne, and Brest campuses for a festive afternoon combining sport and community.
A colorful and unifying event
Nearly 600 students took part in the Color Run held around the lake at École Polytechnique, transforming the campus into a joyful explosion of colors and laughter. The event was inaugurated by Thierry Coulhon, President of IP Paris, in the presence of Élisabeth Crépon, Vice-President for Education and Student Life, who both highlighted the importance of shared moments that strengthen the bonds within the IP Paris community.
“Welcom’IP Paris embodies the collective energy and spirit that make our institution unique,” said Thierry Coulhon. “It’s wonderful to see our students from all campuses come together to celebrate the start of a new academic year.”
A moment of exchange and discovery
Following the race, participants gathered at Télécom Paris for a convivial snack and a lively presentation of student associations from across IP Paris. This moment offered newcomers an opportunity to learn more about campus life and the many initiatives that make student engagement a cornerstone of the IP Paris experience.
