EKKO: A Student-Led Impact Project Born at Institut Polytechnique de Paris

EKKO is the result of the work of two students from the Master’s program in Industries de Réseau et Économie Numérique (Network Industries and Digital Economy, IP Paris & Université Paris Dauphine-PSL), Kelly Claire and Anne Kondolas.
Driven by a clear ambition: to foster positive global change through local and responsible initiatives. The project, launched during a night of collective creativity, has continued to grow ever since.
It was born during INNOV’NIGHT, the innovation night of Institut Polytechnique de Paris, which brings together students to tackle societal, scientific, and technological challenges.
In just one night, we didn’t just create a project: we learned to push ourselves beyond our limits.
From Idea to Realization
What started as a concept sketched out overnight quickly evolved into a genuine entrepreneurial journey. Today, EKKO benefits from personalized support within the Innovation Lab of Institut Polytechnique de Paris.
EKKO perfectly embodies the spirit of INNOV’NIGHT: an idea born in one night that becomes the starting point of a true journey in student innovation.
The two founders are notably using the professional tool Vianeo, which they first discovered during INNOV’NIGHT, to structure and challenge their value proposition. This support enables them to strengthen the foundations of a sustainable, tangible, and user-centered innovation.
An Inspiration for the Student Community
🎥 In a testimonial video, the two students look back on their journey: how the idea of EKKO was born, how they turned an intuition into a concrete project and what advice they would share with those who wish to embark on a similar adventure.
Supporting High-Potential Student Initiatives
Through the support of EKKO and other emerging projects, Institut Polytechnique de Paris reaffirms its mission: to nurture high-impact student initiatives by providing expertise, tools and networks that help transform ideas into real-world achievements.
