IP Paris ranks 6th in the THE Young University Rankings 2022
Since its creation in 2019, IP Paris, thanks to the expertise and reputation of its five founding Engineering Schools: École Polytechnique, ENSTA Paris, ENSAE Paris, Télécom Paris, Télécom SudParis, has worked to embody the excellence of French education and research.
In just three years, and thanks to the efforts of the entire IP Paris community, it has established itself as one of the fastest growing science and technology institution in Europe. Through the creation of interdisciplinary centers (for AI & Data Analytics and Environment) and partnerships with private and public players in sectors such as Health or Intense Lasers on cutting edge technologies, but also thanks to its international outreach (ranked 43rd in THE Most International Universities), IP Paris is constantly thriving for excellence in education and research.
Its multidisciplinary academic and research programs are supported by more than 1,000 Faculty members working in ten disciplinary departments. The Institution also offers a variety of academic programs from Bachelor and Engineering to PhD, including 60 Master’s degrees and PhD Tracks in 7 fields of research (more info).

In 2021-2022, the reputation of IP Paris again crossed another milestone with increased applications (+52%) from students from all around the world, despite the global health situation. "IP Paris has a very diverse international community with an excellent scientific research environment. The Times Higher Education Young University 2022 Rankings assessed more than 400 institutions in 68 countries. The performance indicators are grouped into five areas: Teaching (the learning environment); Research (volume, income and reputation); Citations (research influence); International outlook (staff, students and research); and Industry income (knowledge transfer).
