Sport, science and performance: Olympic triptych
In the run-up to the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, scientists are helping athletes to achieve results through the Sciences 2024 research program. Choosing equipment, understanding key physical parameters, optimizing training: science can make a wide range of contributions to sport and performance. IP Paris and Polytechnique Montreal signed strategic partnership agreement
Institut Polytechnique de Paris and Polytechnique Montreal signed a strategic agreement in Montreal on Friday, April 12, strengthening their collaboration in research, education, innovation and entrepreneurship. The agreement was signed as part of the 21st Rencontre Alternée des Premiers ministres français et québécois (RAPM), (Alternate Meeting of the French and Quebec Prime Ministers).
Drones in the Service of Health Logistics
Conducted among Danish citizens, a study led by a team of researchers based in Denmark, Canada, and France, within the Technology for Change Research Chair at the Institut Polytechnique de Paris, explores whether citizens will resist the use of drones, and elucidates the factors to address to deploy drones for health purposes. This work is published in the journal Drone Systems and Applications[1].
