Baptiste Bourboulon appointed Director General of Services at IP Paris
This appointment follows the latest evolution of the Institut's governance and functioning, which took a major step forward this summer with the publication of the decrees amending IP Paris statutes and the appointment of Thierry Coulhon as the Chairman of the Management Board.
Baptiste Bourboulon will oversee for the management, organization and operation of IP Paris administrative, financial and technical services. In this regard, he will contribute to the implementation of the policies and strategic orientations defined by the chairman of the Management board and the Board of directors. With the arrival of Baptiste Bourboulon, IP Paris aims to strengthen and develop the procedures and tools needed to guarantee the smooth operation of the Institute in conjunction with its member schools, and to ensure a high quality of service of its users, particularly in the fields of education and research.

Some milestones in Baptiste Bourboulon’ career
Since 2022, Baptiste Bourboulon has occupied a budget and property advisor position in the office of Sylvie Retailleau, Minister of Higher Education and Research.
Former student at the École nationale d’administration and École normale supérieure, he joined the Budget Department at the Ministry of Public Accounts in 2017, where he was Deputy Head of the offices in charge of local finances and budget policy management before taking over as Head of the office in charge of foreign affairs, development aid and asylum.
Baptiste Bourboulon started his career as a lawyer in the “Public and environmental law” Department at Allen & Overy LLP, in Paris.
