Engineering for Health Annual Forum 2024

The Engineering for Health (E4H) interdisciplinary center is organising the third edition of its annual forum on November 6, 2024 at the EDF Lab Paris Saclay. The aim of this event is to highlight current research projects in the field of life sciences and to bring together researchers, medical doctors, engineers, startups and industry to encourage new interactions.
Engineering for Health Annual Forum 2024

The E4H Annual Forum will be held on November 6, 2024 at the EDF Lab Paris Saclay conference center (Palaiseau). If you're a researcher, clinician, engineer, entrepreneur or industrial player, come and discover the research projects underway at Institut Polytechnique de Paris in the fields of life sciences and health, and discuss the major research and social issues relating to health.

Speeches will be given in French, but simultaneous translation into English will be available.

This event is organised in partnership with Inria and Hôpitaux Saint-Joseph & Marie-Lannelongue, founding members of the E4H Center, with the support of Fondation de l'École polytechnique, Fondation Bettencourt Schueller and Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR)

Poster Session

Researchers, engineers, clinicians, students, start-ups and industrial partners will be presenting their research topics at a poster session to be held from 12 noon to 2 pm in the atrium. This year, some sixty posters will be presented.

For poster presenters:

  • Poster submission closed on October 20, 2024.
  • Posters should preferably be in A0 vertical format.
  • Numbered displays and fasteners will be available.
     

Prizes for the best posters 🏅

PhDs, post-docs and medical interns are eligible for the best poster awards.

Forum participants will be able to vote, live and using their smartphones, at 2pm at the opening of the afternoon session.

In 2023, the winners of the best poster awards were: Mahdi Rezaei Adarian, Maxime MauvielHugo Blanc, Solène Prudhomme, Giulia Cardillo, Ali Keshavarzi

This year, for the first time, we are organizing a village of stands for the E4H Center's partners.

We'll be welcoming healthcare manufacturers, start-ups and institutional players in the field of innovation, as well as a new service for IP Paris researchers.
