DaTSHealth: Training Program
DaTSHealth is an interdisciplinary training program in digital health focused on the transformations driven by the rise of digital technologies and the exponential growth of health data.
It covers methods for working with, analyzing, and processing health data, as applied in research, innovation, and engineering contexts.
The program is structured around the full health data value chain: data collection, storage, processing, analysis, and valorization.
The program spans Master’s level 1, Master’s level 2, and PhD studies. The Master 2 in Biomedical Data Science and Applications forms the core of the curriculum, with courses in:
- Frontiers of AI: Scientific Advances and Real-World Applications
- Medical Image Acquisition: from Physical Principles to Imaging Systems
- Electrophysiological and Behavioral Measurement
- Data Preparation and Workflow Management
- Foundations of Deep Learning for Biomedical Data
- Graph Machine Learning
- Advanced Machine Learning
The curriculum concludes with a 6-month research internship in an academic laboratory, hospital, or company, culminating in a thesis and defense.
This program stands out for:
- The academic and scientific excellence of IP Paris,
- Multidisciplinary supervision bringing together digital sciences, hospital clinicians,
- Access to experimentation and prototyping platforms to bridge theory and practice,
- Strong employability: a rare profile sought after by industry, hospitals, research centers, and public institutions in France and internationally.
