A look back at INNOV'NIGHT IP Paris 2026

The 4th edition of INNOV’NIGHT, the student innovathon of Institut Polytechnique de Paris, took place during the night from April 16th 6:00 pm to April 17th 8:30am at Télécom Paris. During the 15 hour innovathon, 23 teams of students and PhD students went through an ambitious challenge: to imagine, structure and pitch an innovative project addressing the challenges of tomorrow.

Creativity, collaboration and pushing oneself beyond limits: this new edition confirms the strong impact of INNOV’NIGHT as an immersive event where ideas come to life through collective intelligence.

An intense night dedicated to innovation

Throughout the night, teams tackled a wide range of societal challenges: health & well-being, energy and ecological transition, industry 4.0 & digital transformation, sustainable city & mobility, and security & fintech. Supported by coaches, participants refined their thinking, challenged their assumptions, and structured their final pitch.

At dawn, each team presented its project to a jury. The evaluation focused on criterias such as: the solution, its feasibility and its potential impact.
