IP Paris receives two QS Awards: Employability and Global Engagement Champions

Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris) was awarded both the QS Employability Champions Recognition Award and the QS Award for Excellence in Global Engagement at the recent QS Higher Ed Summit Europe held in Barcelona from July 10th to 12th. The Institute also ranked 23rd in the latest QS World University Rankings: Europe 2025 among 685 Higher Education institutions (9th in Western Europe) and maintains its 2nd spot in France.

These achievements underscore the institution's dedication to both improving the employability of its graduates and fostering international collaboration. 

Employability Champions 

IP Paris ranked 10th worldwide and 1st in France in terms of employer reputation in the QS World University Rankings 2025. 

The QS Employability Champions Award recognizes institutions who have a clear track record in improving the employability of their graduates. This includes analysis of factors such as graduate employment rates, the institution's reputation among employers, and the success of their graduates in society.

IP Paris consistently achieves impressive employment rates, supported by our comprehensive career services, our relations with the economic world and the strong alumni network”, says Thierry Coulhon, Acting President of Institut Polytechnique de Paris. 

Excellence in Global Engagement 

The QS Global Engagement Champions Award recognizes institutions who have excelled in cultivating an international outlook, both in terms of student and faculty diversity, and through the strength of their international research networks. 

“I am thrilled to accept this award on behalf of IP Paris, recognizing our dedication to internationalization. The five member schools of IP Paris have a rich history of fostering global engagement. We will persist in forging partnerships with top universities, facilitating exchange programs, and driving collaborative research projects. Over 40% of our students and faculty represent 100+ countries, showcasing our commitment to diversity and international outreach”, says Christopher Cripps, Vice-President for Europe and International Affairs. 

This double recognition from QS confirms IP Paris’ commitment to nurturing talent and preparing graduates from around the world for successful careers.
