Three researchers from the Institut Polytechnique de Paris awarded ERC Advanced grants

Charles Baroud, from Hydrodynamics Laboratory (LadHyX), Olivier Gossner, from Center for Research in Economics and Statistics (CREST) ​​and Joris van der Hoeven, from Computer Science Laboratory of the École Polytechnique (LIX) , saw their projects selected by the European Research Council. All three received an ERC grant for the year 2024 in the Advanced Grants category. The European Research Council's mission is to raise the level, dynamism and creativity of the European research system. Each year, it supports ambitious and very high quality research projects, proposed by the researchers themselves.
