IP Paris Prématuration Call for Projects 2025: Turn Your Research into Innovation

You are a researcher, PhD student, engineer, or student within IP Paris looking to bring your research into real-world application.
The 2025 edition is now open, a unique opportunity to bring your innovation to life and move from idea to impact.
Take advantage of the joint support of your Technology Transfer office and the Innovation Lab to define and work on the potential of your technology by testing it against real-world market and user conditions. Each selected project may receive up to €80,000 in funding for a one-year period.
All disciplines are eligible, including projects with a social, societal, or environmental focus, as well as multidisciplinary initiatives.
Who Can Apply?
The call is open to researchers, PhD students, engineers, postdoctoral researchers, and students affiliated with IP Paris laboratories, with the support of their tech transfer office. Eligible projects may aim to:
- Develop a prototype or proof of concept
- Secure or strengthen intellectual property
- Have a better understanding of users and the market.
Timeline
- September 26 (midnight): Final submission deadline
- October 14–15: Project pitch sessions in front of the jury
- December: Announcement of selected projects
- Selected projects can start as early as January 2026.
How to apply?
- Create your project on the application platform.
- Download the application form (under the “Documents” tab).
- Fill in the online Application Sheet.
- Submit the completed and signed application by all involved parties: the project lead, the Technology Transfer office, and the laboratory director, no later than September 26.
