Engineering for Health Annual Forum 2027

The 5th Annual Forum of the Engineering for Health (E4H) Interdisciplinary Center will be held on February 25, 2027, at the EDF Lab Paris Saclay conference center (Palaiseau). This event aims to highlight ongoing research projects in the field of life sciences and to bring together researchers, physicians, engineers, entrepreneurs, and industry representatives to foster new collaborations.

If you're a researcher, clinician, engineer, entrepreneur or industrial player, come and discover the research projects underway at Institut Polytechnique de Paris in the fields of life sciences and health, and discuss the major research and social issues relating to health.

Don't miss our Poster Session, showcasing the diversity of ongoing research projects in life sciences and healthcare within the schools of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris.

The Forum is organized in partnership with Inria and the Saint-Joseph & Marie-Lannelongue Hospitals, founding members of the E4H Center, with the support of the École Polytechnique Foundation and the French National Research Agency (ANR)*.

Presentations will be in French, but simultaneous English translation will be available. For those who need it, parking spaces can be reserved by indicating your request during registration.

* The E4H Annual Forum has received funding from the French National Research Agency (ANR) as part of the France 2030 plan, whose reference is ANR-22-EXES-0013.

Poster Session

Researchers, engineers, clinicians, students, start-ups and industrial partners will be presenting their research topics at a poster session to be held from 1 to 2 pm in the atrium. This year, some sixty posters will be presented.

For poster presenters:

  • Posters should preferably be in A0 vertical format.
  • Numbered displays and fasteners will be available.
     

Prizes for the best posters 🏅

PhDs, post-docs and medical interns are eligible for the best poster awards.

Forum participants will be able to vote, live and using their smartphones, at 2pm at the opening of the afternoon session.

We are organizing a village of stands for the E4H Center's partners.

We'll be welcoming healthcare manufacturers, start-ups and institutional players in the field of innovation, as well as a new service for IP Paris researchers.

The annual E4H Forum will be held in the magnificent EDF Lab Paris-Saclay conference center.

  • Pedestrian access: 7 boulevard Gaspard Monge, Palaiseau
  • Participants who reserved a spot when they registered : 2 et 4 rue Rosalind Franklin, Palaiseau, upon presentation of a valid ID.
  • By public transport from Paris: RER B or C stop Massy/Palaiseau; then Bus 4606 stop Palaiseau-Campus
