BME Conference Fellowships Program

Postulez au programme de bourses BME Conference Fellowships du centre interdisciplinaire Enginneering for Health (E4H) de l'Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris) qui s'adresse aux étudiants de master et de doctorat et aux post-doctorants travaillant dans le domaine de l'ingénierie biomédicale (BME) d'IP Paris et d'Inria Saclay. La bourse, financée par l'EUR - Bertip (ANR 18EURE0002), contribuera à couvrir les frais de voyage, les frais de séjour et les frais d'inscription à la conférence.

Selection criteria

Preference will be given to individuals who have an accepted oral presentation at the conference, followed by those who have a poster presentation. Pending availability of funds, individuals attending the conference without presenting are also eligible to receive support through this award mechanism.

The exact amount awarded will depend on the needs stated in the application. 

Application procedure

Applicants should fill the online form and upload their CV and a support letter from their advisor/mentor.

Evaluation procedure

This call is pemanent. Applications will be reviewed on a monthly basis by the E4H Steering Committee. 

Application timeline

Applications should be evaluated:

• for conferences within EU : at least 1 month and half before the first day of the conference
• for conferences outside EU : at least 2 months and half before the first day of the conference

Submissions are due by the 10th of each month, with responses within 14 days (no submissions in July and August).

Late applications will not be accepted and will be returned to the applicant. Submissions that do not comply with the instructions may be penalized.
